If for any reason the teacher does not accept the instrument that you rent we will replace it with an acceptable instrument. In some cases if an acceptable instrument is not immediately available your name will be placed on a waiting list and the a replacement instrument will be sent to you as quickly as possible. In order to take advantage of this special provision you must notify us within 14 days from the date you receive the instrument if it does not meet the guidelines or specifications as outlined by your music teacher.
